Rehearsals on Skype

Posted by: Ina Centaur   in Admin, Scheduling

Since Second Life voice is so often unstable, most of our voice rehearsals will probably be held on Skype. (We might even get to revive the old Skype Shakespeare Radio’s that was around a few years back.)

Let me know how you get on - it’s always good to hear from people using Skype in interesting ways :)

We use Skype for voice rehearsals (and voice training) frequently. (Sometimes, we use Skype chat as communication during shows on Second Life; as you might know, Second Life’s group chat feature is often broken, so ironically, we often have to resort to external programs for crucial internal communication during a show.)

Also… A long while ago, a bunch of us Shakespeare nerds used to get together to hold “Skype Radio” sessions. Might be restarting those, soon!
